Toothbrush case for the traveler or camper
It can even go in the dishwasher!
Face mask from Sephora – I find that people don’t normally buy themselves face masks, and love when other people buy them for them.
Hi-Look Microfiber Cleaning Cloths (perfect for the eye glass or sunglasses wearing person). These are the cloths I recommend and use, but I have unable to find a link to a single cloth (they are around $8 each in store).
Lottery scratch tickets
Chocolates – I try to buy the person a type of chocolate that the person would not normally buy themselves. I suggest buying the person their favourite chocolate, if you know what that is, or buy local chocolate. If, when I am traveling, and I find some delicious chocolate, I buy some extra and gift it.
Foldable, reusable bag – something like these ones, but you should also be able to find individual ones at your local grocery store.
Lip balm – My favourite is Blistex Lip Medex because it doesn’t leave a film on your lips and it’s medicated to keep your lips from getting too dry.
Mini pack of Kleenex – they are good to have in the car, a purse, to use at festivals and have for camping.
Mini pack of hand wipes – they are good to have in the car (when you spill your coffee), in your purse, to use at festivals and camping trips.
Mug – I look for mugs with meaning that are individualized (for example, my boyfriend’s mom loves hummingbirds, so I found her a mug with a hand-painted beautiful hummingbird from the place she was born and grew up while we were visiting there.
Do you know a Hallmark movie lover? If so, check out this personalized Hallmark wine glass. I received one as a gift, and I absolutely LOVE cozying up on the couch with my wine glass and a good Hallmark movie.
Hair elastics and bobby pins
(I recommend the Goody brand).
Tea packets – I get sick often and have received these tea packets and they have come in handy when I am at work and notice that I am getting sick: Traditional Medicinals. They have different types, so check them all out.
Fancy socks – Good Luck socks. We recommend the Good Luck Socks brand (and hey, they are Canadian).
Gift cards of any value – e.g. $10 coffee shop gift card.
